Rick Neal is the founder and president of Geminiblu. He is an experienced computer programmer and instructional designer. Rick specializes in eLearning platforms with the latest learning trends and technologies including video, animation and mobile applications.
Prior to Geminiblu, Rick was the owner and president of a Central Florida Civil Engineering consulting company. In addition to running the day to day operations he was also involved in settling up operational procedures, manuals and training for his own company as well as performing instructor led workshops for clients. Rick sold the company so that he could move full-time into training and eLearning.
Rick is an active member of the Suncost chapter of the American Society for Development & Training (ASTD) ans is a board member of the Tampa Bay International Society for Performance Improvement. (ISPI)
Rick holds a B.S. degree in civil engineering from the University of Central Florida, and has done graduate studies in Instructional Design and Technology at the University of South Florida.
When not working, Rick enjoys balancing left and right brain functions by riding his bike long distances, and composing world and blues music pieces on his keyboard.
